How it works
A questionnaire goes in. Here is what happens to it.
01 · Script
From questionnaire to runnable script.
Your questionnaire becomes a script with the logic made explicit: a consent read-in, screen-outs, branching, piping, and a probe rule on every open question.
Questionnaire.docx → interview script
02 · Probe or move on
After every answer, the same check.
Does the answer contain what the question needs? If yes, move on. If it is thin or vague, probe — open, never leading.

03 · Coverage
Nothing skipped. Nothing asked twice.
The moderator tracks which topics on the guide have been covered, and steers back to the ones still open.

04 · Routing & piping
Earlier answers shape later questions.
Branching and piping run as written. Answers are carried into later questions by name; questions that do not apply are skipped.
05 · Export
Data in your columns, not ours.
Every answer, code and skip lands in Excel, in the column layout you send us. Open-ends carry the verbatim. Transcripts come alongside.
06 · Audit trail
You can check any one of them.
Every interview comes with its recording, the consent on that recording, a transcript that lines up against the audio, and the data.
