What we found
Finding 01
Trust outranks cost 2:1.
65% named “strangers in the home” as the primary barrier to adoption; fewer than 20% named price.
Finding 02
73% hit a short-notice help gap.
Ramadan, Eid and post-party clean-ups are the dominant unmet-demand windows.
Finding 03
App, not phone — and only with ID.
70% would book by app, 0% by phone — and 71% won’t book without Emirates ID verification on the worker’s profile.
The market is real and the demand is there, but trust has to be built into the product before it asks for a booking.
A study we ran to demonstrate weev · not a client project
